I started going to TLC Fast Fitness 6 weeks ago. After 2 weeks, I was able to stop my 9 Advil-a-day. Before that, my hips were so sore that I could hardly walk or sleep. After my work-out my hips are fine again. Not only did my hips hurt, but most of my joints as well. I'm a horse trainer and have broken at least 10 bones. I detox regularly with one of their many great teas and use the Acidophilus bifidus. I now have regular bowel movements instead of every two days. I feel so much better and stronger since I'm working with the machines. I also have arthritis but it does not bother me any more. I work janitorial and was unable to wet mop the floor and empty the heavy water buckets, now I have no problem! I'm loosing inches and pounds. I have more energy then I've ever had. I recommend TLC Fast Fitness to anyone especially if they have pain from muscles or joint problems. It only takes 10 minutes a day and since I have 14 horses to take care of and ride & do janitorial at night, it's better then spending 1 hour at the gym.

I started on the [*machines-whatever you are calling them???] because I had been suffering for six months with torn a muscle in my right leg. I was only able to go up steps by stepping up with my left foot.
Imagine my delight when after only six sessions, I could go up a set of stairs one foot after the other!
That certainly made a believer out of me and I can see the benefit of overall fitness without the danger of straining the body.

I was concerned about building muscle strength to prevent osteoporosis, but going to the gym and lifting weights was not a desirable option for me.
